Answer: 6m

Step-by-step explanation:

1 shirt = 1 m 60 cm cloth

15 shirts = 160 cm × 15

= 2400 cm

= 24 m

Cloth left = 30m - 24m

= 6m

Given - 1 shirt made from cloth 1 metre 60 centimetre

Amount of cloth - 30 metre

Number of shirts she made- 15

Find - Amount of cloth left after making of 15 shirts.

Solution - Firstly calculating amount of cloth in metres required for making 1 shirt

As we know, 100 centimetres = 1 metre

60 centimetres = 1/100*60

So, 60 centimetres = 0.6 metre

So, total amount of cloth required for 1 shirt = 1 + 0.6

Total amout of cloth = 1.6 metres.

Amount of cloth required for 15 shirts = 1.6*15

Amount of cloth required for 15 shirts = 24 metres

Cloth left out of 30 metre = 30 - 24

Cloth left = 6 metres.
