One should accept the reality rather than turn to false praises. How is this reflected in the poem Mirror?

in short I will tell you .anyone can do the praises which can be false praises so we should not believe on them rather we should believe on the reality that the people are speaking to us .we always feel hurt or we always feel bad when someone points us or say bad to us but it is not like that we should have the habit to tolerate the talks which are against us. in the poem mirror we have seen the old lady seeing only in the mirror and regrets that the face which she had in her young age is no more now she is looking very old and not so pretty.
