One side of a parallelogram is 30cm and the corresponding height is 20cm. If the other side is 60cm, what is the corresponding height ?​

area= b×h

as \:  \:  b \:  \:  is \:  \:  \:  30 \:  \:  and  \:  \:  \: h \:  \:  is  \:  \: 80

area =30×80

   =240cm^2

given  \:  \:  \: that

altitude = 20cm

Now,

A= b×h

  = b×20

so

b=240/20

=12

therefore \:  \:  \:  b = 12cm
