one side of a rectangular garden is 48m and it's diagonal is 50m long . find the area and perimeter of the garden.

(50)^2= (48)^2+(b)^2.

b^2= 2500-2304.

b^2= 196.

b= 14m.

Area of Rectangle= l*b.

= 48*14.= 672m^2.

Perimeter of Rectangle= 2(l+b).

= 2(48+14)= 2*62= 124m.
