There should be 80 cm actually.

Now the question is right.

Since it's a right angled triangle and two sides are given you can find the third side.

Base = 80 cm

Hypotenuse = 100 cm

Perpendicular = 60 cm ( you can use Pythagorean theorem to find them out)

Now the next step is to find the area of the scarf which is a right angle in shape.

area of a triangle = 1/2 × base × height (perpendicular)

= 1/2 × 80× 60

= 2400 cm^2.

Now divided it by 10000 to convert into m^2.

2400/ 10000 = 24/100 = 12/50= 6/25 m^2.

Let's find the cost now.

it's given the cost of 1 m^2 is 25 rupees.

so the cost of 6/25 m^2 will be = 6/25 × 25 = 6 Rupees. answer.
