HEYA MATE, HERE IS UR ANSWER _____________________

In a rectangle, diagonal divide the rectangle into 2 congruent right triangles.

Therefore applying PGT(Phythagoras Theorem - according to it , In a right angled triangle ,Square of hypotenuse =sum of squares of other two sides )

(Diagonal )^2=(length )^2+ (breadth )^2

(17)^2=(8)^2+(breadth)^2

289=64+(breadth)^2

289-64=(breadth )^2

225=(breadth )^2

15m =breadth

Area of rectangle = length × breadth
=8×15

=120 m^2
