One type of liquid contains 14% of milk, the other contains 24% of milk. A can filled with 5 parts of the first liquid and 5 parts of the second liquid. Find the percentage of milk in the new mixture?

Given:-

→One type of liquid contains 14% of milk and filled with 5 parts.

→ Other type of liquid contains 24% of milk and filled with 5 parts.

To find:-

→ Find Percentages of milk in the new mixture=?

Solution:-

A.T.Q,

→ Quantityofwater=14/100×5+24/100×5

=7/10+6/5

=19/10=1.9

→ Required %=(1.9/10×100)%

=19%
