A reversible change is a physical change that can be undone. here the chemical composition go the substance does not change it only undergoes a physical change.
ex: boiling of water : water on heating or boiling under goes a phase change from liquid to gas . however the chemical composition is same . moreover water vapours can be converted to liquid by condensation.. so this is a reversible change.
irreversible change : a change that cannot be undone .
burning of wood: when wood is burnt , it undergoes oxidation release co2 and water vapour. however this process once done cannot be undone .
hence it is an irreversible change.
