We The Women

I completely agree with the statement given in the question.

Firstly, When a woman is married or is in a union with another individual, she is equally a part of it as is her partner. Therefore her role in making a decision about sexual relations, contraceptive use and health care is as important as her partner's. The statistics that only 52 per cent of women can do so should be an alarming reminder of how oppressed the gender is in today's world.

The second reason which makes the woman's decision even more important than her partner's is that it is her body in concern. Regarding sexual relations, contraceptives and health care, since all of these issues are pertaining to her body, the women should have complete sovereignty over it.
