It will give area of triangle.
$3321 \div 246 = 13.5$

Area of triangle is:
$1 \div 2 \times 3x \times x$
It gives us:
$13.5 = 1 \div 2 \times 3 {x}^{2}$
Then it forms:
$13.5 = 3 {x}^{2} \div 2$
Taking 3/2 to LHS:
$13.5 \times 2 \div 3 = {x}^{2}$
${x}^{2} = 27 \div 3$
${x}^{2} = 9$
$x = \sqrt{9}$
$x = 3$
