I am the student of class XI of your school. I am interested in photography and I have written this letter to request you for introducing photography classes in the school.
I join the school a year back and I was able to notice that not only me, there are many other students in the school who are really interested in photography as a hobby. These students very well in photography and will become a great photographer once they learn more about photography. I also want to learn photography well and become an ace photographer. Thus is why I am requesting you to introduce photography classes in the school.

Through this letter, I'd like to bring up the proposal of having Photography sessions during school hours. I've been noticing many of our classmates who're into the subject and have often come up with pleasant results. There is complete talent seen in each picture. Not just that, having our school environment, there are many different angles from which pictures can be taken.
