Honey has higher viscosity than water so honey is thicker than water. ... Therefore, it will take longer for honey to flow than water as water has lower cohesion and lower viscosity. The thinner the fluid and the further apart the particles of a fluid are, the faster the fluid will flow.

Honey flows much more slower than water
