You can either use the following discussion or develop your own taking ideas from it:

Student A: Hey I am very upset with Rohan’s bullying junior students in the school bus unreasonably. Could you suggest some ways to stop it?

Student B: Really? Does he bully even the junior students also?  His notoriety among the senior students is open to all!

Student A: What could be the reason for this behavior? Why does he behave so?

Student B: I think the fact is obvious! He is the only child of his parents, and spoilt too!

Student A: Oh I did not think about it! But he behaves so well in our group doesn’t he?

Student B: Yes, he does. He behaves nicely with us because we are his close friends; secondly he always depends upon us for academic help; otherwise he is a real bully.

Student A: Now I get it. The other reason is the absence of any younger sibling at home and the over-pampering of his parents are also somehow responsible for this type of behavior. If he had any younger brother or sister at home, he would know how loving the juniors are, and would never ever quarrel with them!

Student B: Absolutely. The pampering treatment he gets at home, he feels as if he is the boss everywhere.

Student A: There could be another reason for quarreling with the juniors. He might not be having the guts to quarrel with the senior students as there might be fear of retaliation and being hurt.

Student B: But I think we must do something to keep the junior students away from his quarrels. We must talk to him ourselves.

Student A: Yes we must. Being the prefects of the school it is our responsibility to maintain perfect lw and order at school and in buses too.

Student B: We will counsel him and try to make him see the disadvantages of these quarrels. We will tell him he is losing respect among the junior students for his querulous nature. We will also tell him that if the junior students became united, there could be a written complaint against him which could result in his suspension.

Student A: We will tell him flatly, if he does not mend his ways, we will ourselves complain against him to the principal.

Student B: I think this will really make him more sensible and polite to the junior students.

Student A: Let’s go to him and have a word with him.
