We know that in complex analysis,
i^2 =-1
But
i^2 =i. i=root(-1)root(-1)
=root {(-1)×(-1)}
=root(1)
=1
How????? explain it.....

as square of every negative and positive number is positive you may also check start counting the squares of numbers going backwards
.....3=9
2=4
1=1
0=0
-1=-1
-2=4
-3=9.....
