How are you doing? I hope you are good. I am also well. I am writing this letter to you seeking some help for charity work. As you know I am a Director of the 4 H Club at my University and organize charitable work every semester. This semester I am working with Red Crescent to organize a blood drive. In this blood drive camp we require some volunteers. I know you have donated blood before and thus wanted you to participate.  

The blood drive will be held at Venue, F.C. Road, Pune , from  10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on 5th March.
