if you think about it, open defecation is not a practice which one would want to do will fully. Due to such poor skills of conduct and the way that the governments are providing facilities, people who aren't able to earn and who aren't able to gain enough are forced to do so. In my opinion, this should be a right rather than a privilledge that people call it. Clean sanitation should be available for all, if not given it can lead to not only illnesses in those areas but in towns as well. If people in rural areas are defecating openly, the decease/ waste goes into all the water sources or crops or land right. If it goes into any of such, it can affect our underground water, sea water(water pollution) and will also cause them to grow poisonous crops(with additional fertilizers) which we consume.
