It can also connect to universes like as I have Street area according to my theory that time travel is a monkey was travel and that can only solve the Grandfather Paradox so that means that time travel is multiverse travel and that means that wormholes connect 2 universes

Now define by Stephen Hawking in one of his article is that the Wormhole is a holes in time we must all know that there are holes in matter very small and very minute so there are holes in space time fabric or time also and that holes are called as wormholes now as we know that the holes in the matter are very small so the hole in space time fabric are also very small and minute as being there is small they are even smaller than the atom quarks and maybe perhaps the strings also so it is very difficult to travel in the Wormhole cause they are very small Delhi very very small beyond imagination

Suppose we get to the past and kill our own grandfather then we would probably been universo that's means that when they go to past the go to an another multi vers in which we would be still alive without our grandfather this is Grandfather Paradox and this is the solution of the famous Grandfather Paradox that time travel is equal to the travel in universe

So that means when we travel to a wormhole we actually travel in our universe so we could also tell that wormholes are the connection link between two universys

Now we cannot tell that the universe contains the same set of laws that our universe contains so there may be different laws in different Universe so the Wormhole with me in that the different laws of different universes would be linked and that would be a real mess
