SPORT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR OUR HEALTH BECAUSE WHEN WE PLAY ANY TYPE OF SPORTS I.E. INDOOR OR OUTDOOR IT MAKES US MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AND FIT. IF WE DO NOT PLAY OR DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY OUR BODY CAN NOT WORK OR RESPOND PROPERLY. SPORT IS A GOOS WAY TO KEEP OUR BODY FIT AND ACTIVE. OUR BODY RESPONDS TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY MORE FASTLY. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR US TO PLAY ANY TYPE OF PHYSICAL SPORTS TO MAKE OUR BODY AND MIND FRESH, FIT AND ACTIVE.
