Opposite angles – If sides of two angles form two pairs of opposite rays then angles are said to be opposite angles. In the figure, ∠AOC and ∠BOD is a pair of vertically opposite angle. Similarly, ∠AOD and BOC is also a pair of vertically opposite angles. Vertically opposite angles are always congruent.
