Orderly water boils at hundred degree Celsius can it be made a boil at 95 degree centigrade or 105 degree centigrade

ya ya but its only start to be boil at 95 degree but when we start to make it over 100 degree then it is start to be convert in to vapour

No, water boils at 100° C.
It can't boil at 95° centigrade or 105° centigrate at ground level. If you go to hilly region, there water will boil below 100° C as the atmospheric pressure is comparatively low which helps water to boil quickly than in the group level. At the top areas or hilly region, it will boil below 100° C, so it may boil at 95° C or even less.
But if there is condition for water to boil above 100° C , It may only happen when atmospheric pressure is comparatively high which may require more heat to break the molecular bonding of water molecules.
