ordinary water boils at hundred degree Celsius can it be made to boil at 95 degree or 105 degree Celsius

on higher altitude water boils at lower temperature,because at high altitude presser is low,thus water boils at 80-85°C.
so if we increase the presser water boils at higher than 100°C.
