An organisational structure can be structured in numerous ways depending upon the position and duty of each officer who serves a particular post and sits for a particular job.

Accordingly, there are a number of levels or "hierarchies". However the CEO or the director of the company usually sits at the topmost position of the company.

Junior to him, are marketing managers to administer the general work, finance managers to look after finance related issues, operation managers to look after swift running and execution of operations, or many others.

In some organisation powers are divided and goes on decreasing towards down of a hierarchy. In many others, powers and responsibilities are shared among all belonging to thew same level.

However in the previous form, they have their subordinates who are further sub-categorized. However a simple organisation structure such as a flat structure would be best.
