they save us from painful or dangerous stimuli.
reflexes actions very fast.
reflexes occur without thinking.
brain is not involved in the several reflexes.

all living organisms respond to stimuli...the ability to react to a particular stimulus in a particular situation must be of great importance in ensuring the survival of the organism,,,,

there is a sequence of events that brings about responses.....they start from detecting changes in environment both external or internal or stimuli, transmission of the information, processing of the same,,,,

this happens by a fractiion of seconds,,,,i feel amusing about such controlling mechanism of our body!!!
