The Oriental studies the similarities between Sanskrit and some of the European languages they focus more on vedic tradition and Sanskrit literature their studies resulted into formulating the nation of an ancient language that will be the mother of all indo-european languages.

1. In the later part of the eighteenth century, many Europeans schoolers feel corruption about the civilizations and countries of the east.

2. These scholars who studied the Indian civilizations had respect and admiration for it. They were known as Orientalist.

3. The Orientalist studied Indian culture, civilizations, Languages, religious literature and wrote about it in their writings.

4. Their writings were known as Orientalist Historiography.
