Osazone is produced when glucose reacts with 3 moles of Phenyl hydrazine
First mole adds to the CHO part of glucose giving hydrazone (-CH=N-NH-Ph)
The latter two moles turn the C-2 carbon to hydrazone (-CH=N-NH-Ph)
