A study to compare the effects of two therapy conditions and a control condition on weight gain in anorexic girls. A control condition that received no intervention, a cognitive-behavioral therapy condition, and a family therapy condition. Anorexic girls were randomly assigned to one of the treatment conditions and the weights were measured before the random assignment and right after the completion of the treatments. The dependent variable to be analyzed is the gain in weights in pounds between before and after the treatment period which lasted three months (Gain). What were the treatment effects? (ANOVA)
