Ouija Board is actually not controlled by ghosts.
Scientifically, the subconscious mind of human itself is controlling Ouija Board!

If used properly, can Ouija Board be a better communication from one's Conscious mind to his own subconscious mind?

Ouija board is thought of as a device, where we can contact ghosts. But that's not true.

Our body also works subconciously. This is called ideomotor. An small example:-

When we sleep, we have a feeling of falling down ( called hypnic effect). In this, our body subconciously reacts to our brain.

Something like this happens when we use the Ouija board. Our mind creates some images related to this and our hand subconciously moves according to our brain creating a ghost effect.

When people were blind folded and asked to use the Ouija board, the could only spell out gibberish using the board.

So, the Ouija board is actually a communication between us and our subconcious mind.
