Answer:

Its because a) water is bound in cell membranes - Imagine a huge truck of water being filled into small plastic bags. You stack the bags on top of one another into a pile. Its going to stay as a pile and not flow because the water is bound, b) 95% of your blood plasma is water, but blood is bound to your blood vessels and c) You have extracellular, interstitial and transcellular fluids inside organs like your gastrointestinal tracts and ocular fluids which contain water

I hope this helped...

AS WE KNOW BLOOD IS THE UNIVERSAL SOLVENT WHICH CAN DISOLVE MUCH OF THE SALT...

BLOOD IS MADE UP OF PLASMA WBC RBC AND PLATELETS...THE FLUID PART PLASMA IS ABOUT 70 OF BLOOD WHICH IS 90 PERCENT CONSTITUTED BY WATER...WATER IS THE SOLVENT WHICH DISOLVES RBC AND WBC IN BLOOD..

SO THEORETICALLY BLOOD IS AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION.. OUR CYTOPLAM IS ALSO WATER SOLUTION
