Our constitution does not discriminate between male and female. but inequality between the two exists. what does the government do to remedy the situation?

We know that our Constitution didn't discriminate between male and female...It gives the right to equality to each and everyone rather it is male of female....

But some social evils did this ....They thought women are only to lead by them they have no depending power on herself .....

But at present people are changing their thinking and govt also taking steps...

* Beti bachao Beti padhaoo..
* Ujwala yojna..

To end gender discrimination-

1. Give chance to both to established themselves in the society.
2. To enhance the understanding of the issue of gender equality.
3. Men and Women must be encouraged to share child care and house care.
4. They shared power and responsibility would help to ender gender discrimination.
