Because it is of our India! The Indian constitutions give the right to all citizens to elect their representatives and give a chance to be elected as a representative.

Especially, the Indian Constitution provides for a special system of reserved constituencies, reserved for the weaker section.

This system makes our democracy a real representative democracy.
