We were fortunate enough to have a clear weather and enjoy the beauty of Kanchenjunga as it was beautifully lit up with the first golden rays of sunlight. No doubt the place was very crowded and the people were pushing each other to capture the best view in their cameras. Anyways all these pain took a backseat when we got the first glimpse of the snow peaks in one side and the orange sun in the other. The sky was very clear and we got to see the entire panorama including Mt. Everest as a tiny peak peeping into the sky. An observatory gallery is being built.
