On Indian Television, My all time favorite is Rakesh Bedi. He's not very active in serials now a days, but I thoroughly enjoy his acting. Ye Jo hai Zindagi, Yes Boss and Shrimaan Shrimati are gems of Indian Television in comedic genre. One just breaks into laughter watching him act.
Another of my favorite actor is Rajat Tokas. The aura of a nobility that he portrayed as Prithvi Raj Chouhan, as Akbar and as Chandragupt Mourya and even in Dharam Veer is breathtaking. There is no doubt about his acting, he's an awesome actor who can play with his facial expressions really well especially intense scenes. Even in Sai Baba in the role of Tanya, the emotions that he brought to the character was not something a 14 year could do and with such ease. That was the first time I saw his work and I was already a fan. Obviously after Prithvi Raj Chouhan, he was the crush of every girl and girls couldn't stop talking about him, even in my school. So he got looks, talent and the aura, so he's my favorite actor. But yes if we talk about his other characters like in Tere liye and naagin, I am not willing to watch, no matter how good his acting is, because for me, he'll be forever the King. He can be the king of anywhere and he'll play it so well that his image will be associated with that king. His transformation from a king to a playboy kinda role in Tere Liye was sudden and thus was not appreciated because audience can't see him in those roles. And why would anyone do Naagin, but yes again, that is what is being watched.
For American Shows, I would say I am not a big fan, so I haven't watched many but adequate to choose favorites and some are really pure gems like Friends. So my favorite actor obviously would be Matt LeBlanc. There is not much to say that is not already said, but he's just pure genius. I haven't watched his other works, but there's no need to, because who can act Joey like that, can surely Act and Act better than anyone else. And Simon Baker in The Mentalist is another TV actor I enjoy watching. His expressions are so witty that it makes you want to watch him. Patrick Dempsey in Grey's anatomy is McDreamy, so he's handsome and his eyes works for him, I can watch him whole day.
In Korean dramas, I have many actors that I like and just purely on the basis of acting because they all have great looks and cheekiness that one can't ignore.
First one would be obviously Lee Min Ho. He has played so many different roles but you will not be able to point out one point for why he's not that character. One can literally recognize him as his character, not like he's playing that character but like that character is actually him.
Next would be Lee Jong Suk , a phenomenal actor, very cute and tender looking but can execute any kind of character well.
Lee Pil Mo might be the only side actor that I admire and love so much. He's a gem. He may not get the girl but every girl watching him act would be mesmerized not only by his looks but by his acting too.
