Out of 15 PM india has only 1 lady as PMothers are men. why?

There is no gender bias,economic or religious difference for becoming an honoured PM of India .If u have the capability to be a leader u can be anything .narendra Modi was so poor (a tea seller )and now he is a PM and we all respect him.if u have the abilities no matter u be a lady ,man,trans,Hindu,Muslim, Christian,Sikh,poor or rich u will succeed and it applies everyone in being a PM also.
