Out of 250 bulbs in a box one bulb can be chosen in 250 ways.
Total number of outcomes = 250

Number of defective bulbs= 35

Number of non defective bulbs= 250 - 35 = 215
Number of favourable outcomes = 215

Probability = Number of favourable outcomes / Total number of outcomes

P(getting a non defective bulb)= 215/250= 43/50

Hence, that  the drawn bulb  is not defective 43/50.

total no of bulbs = 250
total no of outcomes = 250

no of defective piece = 35
favorable no of outcomes = 35

probability of geeting defective piece = 35/250
= 7/50..

probability of geeting defective ones = 1 - probability of geeting defective ones
= 1 - 7/ 50
= 43 / 50......

[ probability = favorable no of outcomes / total no of outcomes ]
