30 =6+12+students liking tennis

Students liking tennis =30-18

Students liking tennis 12

$ratio = \frac{students \: like \: football}{studens \: like \: tennis}$

$= \frac{6}{12}$

$= \frac{1}{2}$

Therefore required ratio is 1:2

b)Number of students liking cricket to total number of students.

$ratio = \frac{students \: liking \: cricket}{total \: number \: of \: students}$

$= \frac{12}{30}$

$= \frac{2}{5}$

Therefore required ratio is 2:5
