Out of 450 flowers 9 garlands are prepared of equal size, then how many garlands are prepared from such 600 flowers?

by dividing 450 by 9..we have got the ans 50..and that is the no.of flowers needed to make each garland...then similarly with second when when we divide 600 by 50 we will got ans 12..and that is the no. of flowers needed to make each garland of the same size...then by dividing 600 flowers from 12 we will get the no.of garlands...and that will be...50...

so the ans is 50....

We know that ,

f directly proportional to g

Therefore ,

k = f/g = 450/9 = 50

Now ,

f = 600 , g = ? , k = 50

=> f/g = k

=> 600/g = 50

=> 600/50 = g

=> 12 = g

Therefore ,

number of garlands are prepared by

600 flowers are 12.
