No this data is wrong as in starting it is told that 500 car owners were investigated and then it is given that 400 have car A, 200 have car B and 50 have both the cars which total make, 400+200+50 = 650 > 500 which is not possible.
if you investigated only 500 people then how do you have data of 650 people??
