Given :

 \large \sf \: length \:  \: of \:  \: wire \:  = 100cm \\

 \large \tt \: since. \\

one side of Quadrilateral = 90°

  • Quadrilateral may be a square

As all sides of square are equal

Solving for square :

 \large \sf \: s + s + s + s = 100cm \\  \\  \large \rm \: by \:  \: formula \\  \\  \large \sf \: 4side = perimeter \\

Perimeter = 100cm = Lenghth of wire

 \large \implies \sf \: 4 \times side = 10 0cm \\  \\ \large \implies \sf \: side =  \frac{100}{4} \\  \\ \large \therefore \:  \sf \: side = 25cm \\  \\
