the electronic configuration of Fe is 4s2 3d6
for fe2+ :-4s0 3d6 i. e. unpaired electrons :-4
for fe3+ :- 4s0 3d5 i. e. unpaired electrons :-5
as more unpaired electrons, more will be paramagnetic character.
so clearly fe3+ is more paramagnetic.
