OuT OF KELVIN AND CELSIUS SCALE WHICH IS CONSIDERED BETTER AND WHY?

The zero value in the scale of Celcius is depends mainly on the properties of water while the zero value on Kelvin scale depends on various properties of all substances, hence Kelvin scale of temperature is regarded better than Celcius scale.

No actually celcius scale is considered better as far as knowledge water is basic compound, and elements also exibits different temp. on Kelvin scale, therefore there is no fixed value on Kelvin scale with zero
