Out of sodium and Sulphur, Sodium is a metal. Its reaction with Oxygen: Sodium reacts with Oxygen to form sodium oxide. Since, sodium is an extremely reactive metal, the sodium oxide formed is unstable and reacts with hydrogen to form Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH).
