We can think about this in terms of electronegativity.

Sort by electronegativity:K>Na>Cu>Al

So their alkalinity ranges from big to small:KOH>NaOH>CU(OH)2>Al(OH)3..

so KoH is most alkali

Reason

we know that group 1 and group 2 elements in periodic table caller alkali metals .

but here k and Na both are alkali metal

then

why we consider koh only

because koh is a alkali hydroxide but nacl is a salt , and it form hcl in water which is acid but koh form base in water so it is called alkali not nacl

and aluminium hydroxide is not belong to group 1or2 and not copper
