Answer:

Let monthly income = Rs 100

He spends on 20% = Rs 20

Now rest amount with held = Rs 80

Now among rest amount he expended 60% on house holds = 80 x 60% = Rs 4800/100

= Rs 48

Total amount he expended = Rs 20+48

= Rs 68

He saved Rs 100 - 68 = Rs 32

That means in Rs 100 if he save Rs 32

then if amount saved is Rs 2520 then his monthly income is (2520/32) x 100

therefore just multiply 78.75 x 100

= Rs 7875

Rs 7875 is his monthly income.
