Circumference = 2πr=2×3.14× 50=314

Outer diameter of the pipe = 100 cm 

So, the outer radius of the pipe = 50 cm

Circumference of the pipe = 2πr

⇒ (2*22*50)/7

⇒ 2200/7

⇒ 314.285 cm

So, the circumference of the pipe is 314.285 cm
