It is the truth of universe that outer look can extract but inner look always inspire. When we see anybody's outer look then we can know about his or her outer behavior . But when we see anybody's talents , it was his/her outer look not inner.

It can be says that we should judge anybody due to his outer look. Several times we see that a person who is very ugly has extraordinary talent . His ugliness is his outer look but his talent is inner.

So when we see anybody's inner look it inspires us to become like that and it changes our soul.

It is also said that inner look is more important than the outer look and nobody should observe to his outer look. Everybody should try to develop his inner talent.
