An individual can help in saving energy in following way:
1. using public transport as mode of transportation.
2. can do car pooling
3. switching off lights and fans/ ac, and other electronic appliances when not in use.
4. should close taps and should prevent water leakage
5. should reuse water as much as possible, like water which is not fit for drinking can be used for watering plants, washing cars etc.
6. should not cut trees , infact everyone should atleast plant one tree and should adopt it and take care of it.
