Yes.The situation which exactly fits with Harris is that he always thinks that he know every place in Kingston or where he live ,where he can get drinks for him. He was very proud about this, but one time when he was going to a boating trip with his friend in the Thames river he found a place in Kingston where whisky and other drinks were being sold but he didn't know about it as he had never drunk there.At that situation he was very ashamed in front of his friend that he had never drunken there and he was not known to that place. The overconfidence of his knowledge about the drinking bars lead him into such condition.
