U can do exercises.
Dieting is not so much required .
Check it out!!
But u must take nutritious food.
And on time eating and exercise must be done.
U should maintain a routine of everything.
Avoid eating junk foods and fast foods.
Avoid eating while watching TV.

hey mate..........yeah toh bhai bada hi aasaan SA Kam hai........tum pehle ye samajh lo ki agar tumhe slim trim hona hai toh toh bas Apne body ke Adipose tissue me se jo extra wala fat hai usko sweat ke form mei excrete kr lo......uske liye bs har roj 10 minutes running and 10 minutes frog jump or push ups or wall sits (if u r a girl ) kr lo.......then control eating..........Apne body Ko jitna pasine se bhar do ge itna achha hai ...bs pasina apna hona chahiye.......
