oxygen is soluble in water .how is this important for aquatic life ? are there any other gases that are soluble in water

fishes & some aquatic animals respire oxygen if there is no oxygen in water then the life of those organisms will end. hydrogen & oxygen is present in water.

Oxygen is soluble in water.Because of this solubility it dissolves rapidly in water These are used by the aquatic plants and animals for their survival.Gases like hydrogen also dissolves in water.
