Oxygen is transported by RBC and carbon dioxide is transported by plasma. Give reasons.

at the time when when it carried it is done by RBC this is done because RBC contains Hemoglobin which is able to bind oxygen with it so RBC carries oxygen but to carry carbon dioxide, it could not be done by them so it is done by plasma which is same as blood but does not contain RBC.

Both r transferred in blood only hence we differentiate blood in two ways that is impure and pure ( deoxigenated and oxygenated) and don't forget RBC and plasma are part of blood.
